Cancellation terms vary by tour and supplier. Your booking confirmation will show the applicable deadline and refund conditions. Late cancellations, no-shows and missed pickups are generally non-refundable.

The captain and operator decide whether a marine tour can operate safely. If the entire tour is cancelled, you will normally receive an alternative date or refund according to the confirmed policy. Routes may change because of weather, waves or official instructions.

Age restrictions vary by tour. Speedboat trips are generally unsuitable for pregnant travellers and may not accept very young children or guests with certain back, neck or heart conditions. Contact us before booking if anyone has health or mobility concerns.

Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, dry clothes, personal medication, a waterproof phone pouch, some cash and a copy of your booking confirmation.
